Reduce use of chemicals- if your hair has been exposed continuously to harsh treatments and or coloring, it is preferable to rethink whether you should continue them. Hair colorings, hair straightening have adverse effects on hair. Hair colors contain ammonia harmful for hair. Next time you intend to color your hair it would b worthy of a rethinking. use only organic / natural stuff, to deal with already damaged hair

Pamper yourself - a few hairstyles like pony tails will intensify the speed of hair fall. Use satin pillows which cause less friction.
